These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of immigration consulting services on the Site, which must be paid for in full when ordered. All information, descriptions, and images provided about the services are as accurate as possible, but immigrationgurus.ca cannot guarantee their accuracy.
immigrationgurus.ca reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel an order if necessary. If an order is cancelled and payment has already been processed, the user will be refunded the amount paid. Users agree to purchase services at their own risk.
Private Organization
Please note that our business is a private organization, and we are not affiliated with any government. Our services are provided as a value-added service to help individuals and organizations navigate complex processes related to immigration, travel, and related services. Our clients have the option to apply for these services directly with the government for free other than government processing fees. Although our value-added services provide additional support, guidance, and expertise to simplify the process and ensure a higher success rate. It is important to note that our fees are separate from any government fees, and our services do not guarantee approval or expedited processing by the government. All Canadian immigration cases will be serviced by Amari Immigration Consulting Inc. a licensed provider of immigration consulting services. License number R708089.
Payments
immigrationgurus.ca accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers as payment methods. By providing payment information, users authorize the use of the chosen payment instrument and agree to be charged the amount due. In compliance with Canadian regulations, payments for Canadian immigration services will be made to and received by Amari Immigration Consulting Inc.
immigrationgurus.ca reserves the right to cancel or reverse a transaction if it believes that the payment violates any law or these Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Use
Refunds
The Client understands and acknowledges that the decision to grant a visa or status and the processing time for their application is solely at the discretion of the government of Canada (or Government Authorities), and not the responsibility of immigrationgurus.ca. In the event of an application refusal, the fees paid by the Client are non-refundable.
If for any reason, immigrationgurus.ca or professional staff fail to complete the services outlined in Section 2 of their Agreement, immigrationgurus.ca will refund all or part of the professional fees collected. The Client agrees that the professional fees paid are solely for the services specified above, and any refund will be limited to the amount of professional fees paid. Any agreed-upon refunds will be deposited into the client’s bank account via electronic transfer within 14 calendar days.
Consumer Protection Law
If the Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection legislation in a user’s jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit the user’s legal rights and remedies. The Terms and Conditions will be subject to the mandatory provisions of the legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
