Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced a new Express Entry draw on Oct 29, 2025 issuing 6000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency for candidates with French-Language Proficiency.
To be eligible, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 416 and an active Express Entry profile created 3:27 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on September 8, 2025.
This latest Express Entry draw on Oct 27, 2025 highlights Canada’s continued focus on the French Language Proficiency Class through the Express Entry system.
