Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced a new Express Entry draw on Oct 27, 2025 issuing 302 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency under the Provincial Nomination Programs.
To be eligible, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 761 and an active Express Entry profile created before 2:14 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on September 26, 2025.
