Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced a new Express Entry draw on Oct 28, 2025 issuing 1000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency under the Canadian Experience Class .
To be eligible, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 533 and an active Express Entry profile created before 4:16 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on March 21, 2025.
