Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced a new Express Entry draw on Oct 6, 2025 issuing 4500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency under the French Language Proficiency Class.
To be eligible, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 432 and an active Express Entry profile created before 7:07 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on June 13, 2025.
